Via is a startup based out of the Bay area, which was founded in January of 2019 by Tejas Konduru and Greg Woodfield.

Via is a mobile commerce platform for Direct to Consumer marketing, (D2C) meaning there is a direct path from manufactures to consumers. On the other hand, B2C ( business to consumer marketing ) has an extra stop, the product goes from the manufactures to retailers then to the consumer. D2C takes out the middle man, the retailers; which in the end is more efficient.

Via’s platform makes it more efficient for sellers online to connect with their customers. To use Via there is a seven-step process. First, the seller and Via’s product specialist work out what the seller needs help on. Next, Via’s strategic partner will help the seller learn the software and create campaigns and list growths. Then, the strategic partner will help the seller understand their company and its market. They will also guide sellers on how to build a unique campaign for their business. After that, the seller will connect their online store to Via; there they can monitor their analytics page. After connecting the eCommerce store to Via, the strategic partner will help the seller grow their audience. Lastly, the campaign is ready to be launched.

Via has six different products, five for marketing purposes and one for the seller to monitor their campaigns. The five marketing products include Capture, Campaigns, Journeys, Messenger, and Via Mobile. Capture, Campaigns, Journeys, and Messengers all allow the seller to notify their customer about their store and its products. Via Mobile lets the seller develop an app / eCommerce store without coding. The seller can build and design the app quickly and efficiently.

Via has raised $15 million in Series A funding led by Footwork, Shasta Ventures, Nikhil Basu Trivedi. In all, Via has raised $19.2 million.

Via is helping sellers build their online platform easily and efficiently without having to go through multiple steps to promote their store.
